口腔操协同非营养吸吮对极低出生体质量新生儿吸吮吞咽功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔操协同非营养吸吮对极低出生体质量新生儿吸吮吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法对60例吸吮吞咽障碍的极低出生体质量新生儿随机分为2组各30例。分别给予常规治疗并非营养性吸吮;常规治疗并口腔操协同非营养性吸吮。观察记录开始经口喂养时间、达到完全经口喂养时间、恢复至出生体重时间、肠外营养时间、平均住院天数、恢复至出生体重后体重的增长。结果常规治疗并口腔操协同非营养性吸吮组开始经口喂养时间、达到完全经口喂养时间、恢复至出生体重时间、肠外营养时间、平均住院天数均少于对照组(P<0.01),恢复至出生体重后体重的增长大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论口腔操协同非营养吸吮可以改善极低出生体质量新生儿吸吮吞咽功能,使极低出生体质量新生儿尽快达到经口喂养。Objective To approach the interfere in therapeutical effect influence of oral fuck synergia nonnutritive sucking for very low birth weight infants of sucking and swallowing disorders.Methods 60 very low birth weight infants with sucking and swallowing disorders were randomly divided into two groups with 30 infants.One group are conventional therapy with nonnutritive sucking,the other group are conventional therapy with oral fuck synergia nonnutritive sucking.Results Starting oral feeding time,to achieve complete oral feeding time,to regain the time of birth weight,parenteral alimentation time,average hospital day,are fewer the control group（P0.01）,rise of weighting after to recovered birth weight are exceed control group（P0.01）,in the two groups were recorded and observed.Conclusion Conventional therapy with oral fuck synergia nonnutritive sucking can improve sucking and swallowing disorders of preterm infant,which can achive oral feeding as soon as possible.
