硬膜外阻滞麻醉在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结800例患者在硬膜外阻滞麻醉下行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术(PCNL)临床经验。方法常规筛选病人,ASAI～Ⅱ级行相关检查,在T11-12穿刺成功,硬膜外阻滞麻醉后行手术,术中行多功能监护。结果在麻醉后的不同手术时段患者的BP、HR均有明显下降(P<0.05),SPO2无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论硬膜外阻滞麻醉能够安全应用于PCNL,它具有术中保持患者意识清醒,了解患者手术耐受情况,及早发现相关并发症等优点,术中应积极应对循环、呼吸等生命体征改变。Objective Conclusion of the 800 patients in the epidural block anesthesia through the skin nephroscopic ho：yag laser gravel surgery（PCNL） clinical experience.Methods Conventional screening patients,ASAI-Ⅱlevel related inspection,in line-12 puncture success,T11 epidural block anesthesia another surgery,during the multi-function monitoring bank.Results After anaesthesia in different period of surgery patients with BP,HR all have declined obviously（P 0.05）,no significant changes SPO2（P 0.05）.Conclusion Epidural block anesthesia can be safely used in PCNL,it has to keep patients was cleared to understand surgery,patients with early detection related intolerance advantages of intraoperative complications,should actively respond to circulation,breathing life signs change.
