可控微动及具成骨作用的新型交锁髓内钉的研发

摘  要:目的探讨可控微动及具成骨作用的新型交锁髓内钉的研发。方法选取20~25kg体重的青山羊10只,进行股骨髓内固定系统研制、股骨断状骨缺损模型制备、交锁髓内钉微动性能及模型的生物力学测试。结果术后3、4个月压力低于400N时,随着压力增加骨缺损间距改变也随之增加,而压力达到400N和800N时,两组间施压前后骨缺损的间距改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。10只股骨最大抗压强度均在50000N以后,>山羊体重的20倍。结论研制的新型可控微动型交锁髓内钉,经在体动物实验证实用于观察应力刺激对组织工程骨的成骨效应具有可行性和科学性。Objective To learn the research of new intramedullary nails,which is controlled micromotion and bone-formation.Methods There are ten green goats with weight 20 kilogram~25 kilogram.The ten green goats all need femoral nailing research and femur fracture bone-defect model preparation and intramedullary nails micromotion function and model biodynamics test.Results The pressure is lower than 400N three or four months after surgery,the change of bone-defect interval increase with pressure increase.The diverse of change of bone-defect interval of two groups before and after pressing has not statistics significance(P0.05).The most compressive strength of 10 femurs is higher than 50000N and exceed 20 times of goat weight.Conclusion The research of new controlled micromotion intramedullary nails has feasibility and scientificity by animal experiment with bone-formation effect of observing stress stimulate on tissue engineered bone.
