甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节136例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节的安全性与治疗效果。方法收集自2008年1月～2010年5月入院的136例孤立甲状腺结节患者对其行甲状腺侧叶切除术的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 136例患者随访率为97.3%,其中22例为甲状腺癌,术后患者均未出现甲状腺功能低下,经复查患者无癌复发。结论甲状腺侧叶切除术是治疗孤立甲状腺结节的安全、有效的理想术式。Objective The goal analysis thyroid gland lateral lobe all cuts the technique treatment isolated thyroid gland tubercle the rationality and the security.Methods Retrospective study of treatment result,136 cases clinical data of hospitalized adult patients with solitary thyroid nodule from Jan 2008 to Oct 2010 treated in our hospital.Results 136 examples are the thyroid gland benign pathological change,22 examples are the thyroid cancers.After the technique,has not presented the thyroid function to below,non cancer recrudescence.Conclusion The thyroid gland lateral lobe all cuts the technique is the treatment isolated thyroid gland tubercle security and the effective technique type.
