光动力治疗重度痤疮的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)重度痤疮的临床护理方法,提高临床护理水平。方法回顾性分析自2010年8月～2011年4月收治的35例重度痤疮患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用光动力法治疗,总结临床护理方法。结果本组35例痤疮患者共治疗3～15次,平均8.7次;治疗中出现不同程度的皮损局部不适感,经配合相关护理后缓解,35例患者均获得满意效果。结论光动力治疗重度痤疮效果理想,在治疗过程中配合相关的护理措施可以提高临床治疗效果、减轻不良反应。Objective To evaluate photodynamic therapy（PDT） severe acne clinical care methods to improve the level of clinical care.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from August 2010 to April 2011 35 patients were admitted with severe acne clinical data of patients,all patients were treated with photodynamic treatment,summary of clinical nursing.Results 35 patients were treated acne patients 3 to 15 times,an average of 8.7 times;the treatment of localized lesions of varying degrees of discomfort,the relief after the treatment with the related,35 cases were satisfied with the results.Conclusion Photodynamic treatment of severe acne results are satisfactory,in the course of treatment with the related nursing interventions can improve clinical outcomes and reduce adverse reactions.
