摘　　要：我国市场经济体制的完善和医药卫生体制改革的深入,疾病谱和医学模式的转变,均对医疗质量管理提出了新要求,医疗服务质量已经成为医院生存与发展的决定性因素。推行《医疗质量管理控制体系》,提升医疗质量,保证医疗安全,推动医院科学发展。Along with consummating the market economic system and penetrating the reform of the sys-tem of medical science of our country,changing the spectrum of disease and the medical model,there are some new requirements for the medical quality management.Medical quality has become the decisive factor for the existence and development of hospital.The implement of ＇The System of Medical Quality Management and Control＇ promoted the medical quality and ensured the safety of medical treatment,pushed forward the scientific development of hospital.
