摘　　要：本文从平战结合的实际需求出发,系统分析医院开展军民一体化卫勤保障信息平台的建设原则、实践经验,以及在工作开展过程中所遇到的问题。从平台的构建方案、工作内容、信息集成与应用模式四个方面,简要介绍平台自投入应用以来发挥的实际应用效果,阐述医院全面利用信息技术进行卫勤保障能力建设的思路与经验,以期为军队医院实现基于信息系统的综合卫勤保障能力跨越式、军民融合式发展提供借鉴。Considering the actual demand of military in peacetime and wartime,the article discussed the problems,principles and practice of the construction of an information platform to improve medical support capabilities of civil-military integration.It also described the effects of using information technology to develop medical support capabilities in military hospital from four aspects,such as information platform solution,work content,information integration and application mode.The article introduced the experiences of military hospital and construction methods.It set a good example of information based medical support development for military hospital.
