摘　　要：目的探讨军队医院战备抽组后非现役文职人员补缺方案的可行性及实施方法。方法 60名非现役文职人员经过思想政治教育、业务能力培训、军事素质教育之后补充到战备抽组后形成的空缺,进行为期1个月的试运行。调查试运行期后各项工作量完成情况及同比、环比情况。结果非现役文职试运行期间住院收容、手术例次、各项检查及操作例次情况及同比、环比情况均基本达到我院量化管理的具体指标。结论军队医院战备抽组后非现役文职人员补缺方案切实有效。Objective To discuss the feasibility and implement methods of the scheme of adding non-active service civilian personnel to the military hospital while military workers grouped for combat readiness.Methods 60 non-active service civilian personnel were added into the military hospital while military workers grouped for combat readiness after thinking and politics education,professional work training,military diathesis education.After one month pilot run,year-on-year growth rate and link relatives ratio of work load were investigated.Results Year-on-year growth rate and link relatives ratio of hospitalize accommodation,operation times,checking or manipulation times were achieved to the targets of quantization management.Conclusion It＇s an effective schema that adding non-active service civilian personnel to the military hospital while military workers grouped for combat readiness.
