摘　　要：目的探讨护理科研方法在重患者护理质量管理中的作用。方法在重患者督查前加强组员科研意识,在督查中善于发现质量问题,在督查后要注意用科研的方法解决问题。结果护理科研与重患者督查相结合,提升护理质量,提高组员的科研能力和质量管理能力,达到护理科研和重患者护理质量取得双赢的成绩。结论只有将护理科研融入到日常实践,才能达到以科研促进护理质量提高的目的 。Objective To discuss the application of nursing science and research method in nursing quality management of critical patients.Methods To intensify the science and research mentality before supervision of the critical patients.To find the quality problems during supervision of the critical patients.To solve the problems using science and research methods after supervision of the critical patients.Results The combination of nursing science and research and critical patient supervision enhanced the nursing quality,and improved the staff capability in science and research and quality control.Conclusions The application of nursing science and research methods must combine with the daily nursing practice,so as to improve the nursing quality.
