军队中小型医院图书馆员的职责与素质定位

摘　　要：阐述军队中小型医院图书馆员面临的信息网络和循证医学环境,探讨现代环境下馆员的应尽职责和素质定位。针对馆员整体素质偏低的现状,提出军队中小型医院图书馆需要适应环境改变的高素质的医学图书馆员。人才培养要有新思维,要从医务人员中选拔培养复合型人才,引进医学信息专业或具有医学和图书情报双学历的人才,这样才能迅速提高图书馆员的信息服务水平。The article described the information network environment and evidence-based medicine environment which the librarians are facing in small-middle-scaled military hospital,and investigated the responsibility and quality orientation for librarians in modern environment.To aim at the condition of the low quality of librarians,the author proposed that the high qualified librarians who can adjust to a new situation are needed in small-middle-scaled military hospital library.Training staff for profession need new concept.Selecting and training inter-disciplinary talents from medical staff and introducing the talents who major in medical information or have dual degrees in medical science and informatics were two ways to improve the information service level of librarians rapidly.
