双侧支持钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折86例临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨采用双侧支持钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至2011年3月我院采用双侧支持钢板内固定治疗的86例胫骨近端粉碎性骨折患者的临床疗效,并以同期采用闭合复位经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗的86例胫骨近端粉碎性骨折患者为对照组,比较2组治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良达94.17%,略高于对照组,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双侧钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折,安全可靠,值得临床借鉴。Objective Explore the bilateral support plate fixation proximal tibial comminuted fracture treatment of the clinical curative effect.Methods Retrospective analysis March 2009 to March 2011 by bilateral support our treatment plate fixation of the proximal tibial 86 patients a commimuted fracture patients in the clinical curative effect,and the same closed reduction by percutaneous locking plate fixation 86 cases were treated the proximal tibial comminuted fracture patients as control group,compared with two groups therapeutic effect and safety.Results The observation group patients operative time,peri-operative bleeding,surgical complications between groups were lower than that of the control group,a statistically significant comparative differences（P0.05）.The observation group,slightly above 94.17% fine of control groups of comparative differences,not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Double side plate fixation proximal tibial comminuted fracture treatment,safe and reliable,and clinical reference.
