甘精胰岛素联合速效胰岛素类似物治疗鼻饲重症糖尿病研究

摘　　要：目的评估甘精胰岛素治疗鼻饲重症糖尿病患者的疗效和安全性。方法将2007年7月至2008年5月我院住院的80例鼻饲重症糖尿病患者分为2组,A组给予甘精胰岛素和速效胰岛素类似物控制血糖;B组采用胰岛素泵持续泵入速效胰岛素类似控制血糖,比较甘精胰岛素的疗效及安全性。结果治疗后与治疗前比较,2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖均明显下降,2组的血糖下降程度、低血糖发生次数无明显差异。结论甘精胰岛素可以安全、有效的治疗鼻饲重症糖尿病患者。Objective To investigate the effect and safty of galargine in the treatment therapy onl diabetic patients with nasal feeding.Methods A total of 80 l diabetic patients with naasal feeding were randomly divided into two groups,A group were given with galargine and rapid-acting insulin analogue,B group were given continuous subcutaneous insulin injection（CSII）.Results The blood glucose levels in Group A was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,and the same as that in Group B （P〉0.05）,hypoglycemic episodes in Group A was not more frequent than that in Group B（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The galargine and rapid-acting insulin analogue can control blood glucose as better as CSII for Nasal feeding diabetic patients.
