中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法采用随机、双盲和1:1平行对照的试验方法。将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。2组皆用西医常规治疗,其中治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药(自拟"抗毒益气汤"),水煎服,每日1剂,15d为1个疗程。观察胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气促、倦怠乏力等临床症状症状的变化,心率及心电图改善情况。结果治疗组胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气促、乏力等临床症状和心率及心电图改善总有效率为90%(18/20例),对照组总有效率为70%(14/20例),2组治愈率与总有效率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效显著优于单纯西医治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。Objective To observe the Integrative Medicine viral effect.Methods A randomized,double-blind controlled trial of parallel methods 1：1.The 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,Western medicine in treatment in the conventional treatment group based on the use of Chinese medicine（from the proposed ＂anti-drug Qi Tang＂）,Shuijianbi day 1,15,is a course of treatment.Observation of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue weakness and other symptoms of changes in clinical symptoms,heart rate and electrocardiogram improve the situation.Results The treatment group chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue and other clinical symptoms and ECG heart rate and total effective rate was 90%（18/20 cases） in the control group,the total effective rate was 70%（14/20 patients）,two group cure rate and total effective rate was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Medicine Clinical viral myocarditis was significantly better than Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis patients.
