复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良65例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法将130例功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采用盐酸伊托必利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方阿嗪米特治疗,比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率93.8%,对照组总有效率64.6%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论在使用盐酸伊托必利的基础上加用复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良,药物不良反应少,较单纯应用促胃肠动力药疗效显著,是一种安全、有效的临床用药选择。Objective To investigate the joint compound A hydrochloride Mitt Itopride hydrochloride treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 130 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 65 patients in the control group treated with hydrochloric acid Itopride the observation group in the control group based on the use of Compound A hydrochloride Mitt treatment,compared The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate was 93.8% in the control group,the total efficiency of 64.6%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.No significant adverse effects in both groups.Conclusion The use of hydrochloric acid on the basis of itopride plus compound A hydrochloride Mitt treatment of functional dyspepsia,fewer adverse reactions than the mere application of promoting gastrointestinal motility drug effect,is a safe and effective clinical use of drugs choice.
