摘　　要：目的：在3例突发性聋（突聋）合并明显颈静脉球（JB）扩大的临床现象启示下，研究JB直径和高度与突聋的关系。方法：报告3树突聋合并JB高度扩大，其中1例手术探查2次，排除JB肿瘤。进一步探索突聋与JB扩大的相关性：选择诊治3月以上无效的15例突聋与35例耳部正常者（对照组）行JB磁共振血管造影（MRA），测量JB直径和高度行对比分析。结果：突聋组聋耳侧与对测JB大小不对称性较对照组两侧JB不对称性明显（P＜0．005）。突聋组聋耳侧JB直径和高度平均值大于对照组的较大侧JB直径和高度平均值（直径P＜0．001，高度P＜0．01）。结论：少数病因不明的突聋可能与JB过度不对称发育（过大过高）的影响有关，待深入研究。To study the relationship between the diameter and height ofjugular bulb(JB) and sudden sens0rineural deafness(SSND). It was en1ightened by threepatients with SSND coexisted with high JB. Methods: Three cases of SSND with veryhigh and dilated JB were reported. Of them,one patient underwent two tympanotomiesto rule out JB tumor. In order to investigate the relationship between SSND and dilatedJB,diameter and height of JB of 15 cases with SSND and 35 normal ears (as controlgroup )were measured by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Results: Statisticallysignificant dif ence of symmetry of bilateral JB was found between SSND group andcontrol group (P<0. 0O5)- The averages of diameter and height of deaf ear JB of SSNDgroup were higher than th0se of larger JB of control group (diameter P<0. OOl,height P<0. 0l ). Conclusion: The cause of a few SSND might be related to the influence ofasymmetrical development of the JB(too height,too large). Further study was needed.
