摘 要:1 引言 爆炸是恐怖袭击的常用手段。对痕量爆炸残留物进行高效检测,从而准确判断炸药的成分和种类,能够为侦破案件提供重要的线索和证据[1,2]。近年来,毛细管电泳技术初步显示了其在爆炸物检验方面的巨大潜力^[3~6]。本实验基于毛细管电泳间接紫外吸收检测[7,8]和胶束电动色谱[9],建立了痕量爆炸残余物的系统分析检验方法,A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the determination of explosive residues.In-direct UV detection was used for CE analysis of inorganic ions present in explosives,and micellar electrokinetic chromatography was for analysis of organic explosive compounds.Various experimental conditions,such as the components and concentration of the buffer,the concentration of the electroosmotic flow modifier,the pH value and the separation voltage,were investigated to achieve efficient CE separation.Under the optimal CE conditions,four different inorganic cations,five inorganic anions and five neutral organic compounds were base-line separated within 2,9 and 7 min,respectively,with the limits of detection(LOD) in the range of 0.028-0.29 mg/L,0.086-0.625 mg/L,and 0.94-1.85 mg/L,respectively,and the reproducibility(RSD,n=5) was in the range of 0.2%-5.2%,1.0%-4.0%,and 1.4%-3.9%,respectively.The method was successfully used to determine the explosives in a real case.
