缬沙坦对糖尿病大鼠肾脏细胞周期调节蛋白p27表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦对糖尿病大鼠肾脏细胞周期调节蛋白p27表达的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常与糖尿病两组。后者以链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,成模大鼠按干预方法不同分为:缬沙坦、糖尿病未治疗两组。干预8周,观察大鼠血糖、肾功能、肾组织p27表达等指标。结果与糖尿病未干预组比较,缬沙坦可显著减少肾组织p27表达、降低尿白蛋白含量;p27的表达量与尿白蛋白浓度呈显著正相关。结论缬沙坦防治糖尿病肾病作用与降低肾脏p27的表达有关。Objective To observe the effect of valsartan to expression of p27.Methods The rats were divided into two groups：normal group and diabetes group.The latter were were made into diabetes rat models by injecting streptozotocin-induced（STZ） into their abdominal cavities at a time,and were grouped by the therapy methods into valsartan treatment group and non-treatment group.When the diabetic models had been induced,valsartan group were treated with valsartan,and the normal group,none-treatment diabetes group had a lavage with the same volume of drinking water.After eight weeks,the rats were observed to detect plasma glucose,renal relative weight,BUN,24 h total urine proteins,24 h urine albumin protein and the expression of p27 in kidney.Results Compared with the DMN group,valsartan reduced renal relative weight,BUN,24 h urine total proteins,24 h urine albumin protein and p27.The expression of p27 was significantly positively related to 24 h urine albumin protein.Conclusion Valsartan can reduce urinary protein excretion and protect renal function,which has some connection with reduction of the expression of p27.
