自制鼻腔异物钩治疗儿童鼻腔异物101例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自制鼻腔异物钩在治疗儿童鼻腔异物时的功效。方法对101例鼻腔异物患者使用自制鼻腔异物钩的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果使用我科自制的异物钩取异物的一次性成功率为88.1%(89/101),余12例均因病情复杂在第2次取出中全部取出。结论我科自制的鼻腔异物钩稳定性好,损伤小,操作简便,耗时短,安全可靠,取材方便,是一种良好的取鼻腔异物工具,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the self-made nasal foreign body hook in the treatment of nasal foreign body of chilren.Methods The clinical data of 101 children with nasal foreign body were analyzed retrospectively.Results One-time success rate of aking nasal foreign body with the tool was 88.1%（89/101）,and the remaining 12 cases with complicated diseases were completely taken ut at the 2nd time.Conclusion The nasal foreign body hook self-made in our department has the advantages of good stability,little damage,imple operation,short time-consuming,safety and reliablity,and easily obtained materials,which is a good tool to take out foreign body in asal cavity,and deserves clinical application.
