热带风暴中落海后船员血清细胞因子的观察

摘　　要：目的　观察在热带风暴条件下落海１８ 小时后的船员血清酶含量（或活性）、钙磷浓度、ＴＮＦα、ＩＬ－２及ＩＬ－１２（Ｐ７０）含量的变化。方法　对３１ 名落水受海水浸泡的船员于入院后第１天、第８天的血清、尿液、外周血样本进行检测（称船员组），另取３４ 名体检健康者的样本作为对照检测（称对照组）。血清ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ、ＴＮＦα及ＩＬ－２ 含量测定用ＲＩＡ法；ＣＫ、ＣＫ－ＭＢ、ＬＤＨ及α－ＨＢＤＨ 活性测定用ＣＯＢＡＳＦＡＲＡ Ⅱ全自动生化分析仪；血清及尿液中钙、磷浓度测定也用前述分析仪；血清ＩＬ－１２（Ｐ７０ ）含量检测用ＥＬＩＳＡ法；常规计数外周血白细胞。结果　船员组入院第１ 天、第８ 天血清ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ含量及钙、磷浓度显著低于对照组，尿液钙、磷浓度改变与其血清相似。船员组入院第１ 天血清ＣＫ、ＣＫ－ＭＢ及α－ＨＢ－ＤＨ 活性显著高于对照组，第８天值与对照组值相近；两组ＬＤＨ活性无显著性差异；船员组入院第１ 天、第８ 天ＴＮＦα含量显著高于对照组，而ＩＬ－２ 含量显著低于对照组；船员组入院第１ 天ＩＬ－１２（Ｐ７０）含量显著低于对照组而第８天恢复。第１天白细胞数显著高于对照组，而第８ 天与对照组相近。结论　热带风暴条件下受海?Objective To observe the changes of the contents of serum enzymes,TNF α,IL 2,IL 12(P 70 ) and calcium phosphorus concentration in seamen after seawater immesion in a tropical storm.Methods Serum,urine and peripheral blood specimens from 31 seamen(seamen group)after 18 h of seawater immesion were examined on the first and eighth days of hospital administration,and specimens from 34 healthy men were for control(control group).The contents of CuZn SOD,TNF α and IL 2 in the serum were determined by RIA,and the activities of CK,CK MB,LDH and α HBDH in the serum were determined by COBAS FARAⅡ(autobiochemical analyser)as well as the calcium phosphorus concentrations in the serum and urine.The contents of IL 12(P 70 )in the serum were determined by ELISA and the leukocytes in the peripheral blood were counted routinely.Results The contents of the serum CuZn SOD and the concentrations of serum calcium and phosphorus as well as the changes of calcium and phosphorus concentrations in urine were significantly lower in the seamen group(both on the 1 st and 8 th day)than in the control group.The activities of the serum CK,CK MB and α HBDH were significantly higher in the seamen group on the l st day than in the control group,but there were no significant differences between the seamen group on the 8 th day and the control group.The differences of LDH activities between groups were all insignificant.The contents of TNF α were significantly higher in the seamen group than in the control group,but IL 2 was lower.The contents of IL 12(P 70 )were significantly lower and the leukocyte count were significantly higher in the seamen group on the l st day than in the control group,but there were no significant differences between the seamen group on the 8 th day and the control group.Conclusions Seawater immesion could lead to abnormal changes of contents of CuZn SOD,TNF α,IL 2,IL 12(P 70 )and calcium phosphorus in serum
