髋关节骨折脱位并坐骨神经损伤患者的手术治疗研究

摘　　要：目的研究手术治疗髋关节骨折脱位并坐骨神经损伤患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院收治的53例髋关节骨折脱位并坐骨神经损伤患者的病例资料,对比手术治疗与保守治疗的患者恢复情况。结果手术治疗组达到优良水平者26例,优良率为76.47%;保守治疗组达到优良水平者9例,优良率为47.37%。结论尽早积极地采取手术治疗,可以尽早有效地恢复髋关节解剖结构,尽快解除对坐骨神经造成的压迫,促进坐骨神经功能恢复。Objective To explore the surgical effect of patients with hip fracture-dislocation and sciatic nerve injury.Methods The clinical data of 53 patients admitted to our hospital with the above diseases were retrospectively analyzed,and their recovery by surgery and by conservative treatment was compared.Results 26 cases of the operation group reached excellent level,with the excellent rate of 76.47%;9 cases of conservative group reached excellent level,with the excellent rate of 47.37%.Conclusions Aggressive surgical treatment as early as possible can effectively recover hip anatomy,lift the pressure caused by sciatic nerve,and promote recovery of sciatic nerve function.
