化疗减毒中药降逆灵的前瞻性临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察化疗减毒中药降逆灵对化疗的减毒作用。方法 516例患者入组实验,随机分成两组:治疗组(A)260例;对照组(B)256例。对照组化疗期间常规应用格拉司琼药物治疗。两组均连用2周为1个疗程,每疗程间隔1周,每个疗程均记录疗效情况,4～6个疗程评价疗效。结果两组病人经治疗后,①化疗中断率:治疗组中断率1.5%,对照组中断率57.0%(P<0.005);②化疗组体重增加率80.7%;对照组体重增加率15.6%(P<0.005);③治疗效果:治疗组总有效率为98.1%。对照组总有效率为67.9%(P<0.005)。④治疗组化疗后血液学毒性发生率明显低于对照组,且治疗组无Ⅲ、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制,而对照组Ⅲ、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率21.9%～23.8%。结论化疗减毒中药降逆灵可明显减轻化疗药物的毒副反应,使化疗顺利进行,提高生活质量,尤其明显降低消化道反应,且能改善患者骨髓造血功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the attenuation of Traditional Chinese Medicine JiangNiLing on chemotherapy of Cancer.Methods Total of 516 patients with cancer in the experiment were randomly divided into two groups：260 patients were in the experimental group and 256 patients were in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated routinely with Granisetron Hydrocloride Injection during chemotherapy.Results In the two groups of patients after treatment：①In the experimental group,the chemotherapy interruption rate was 1.5%;in the control group,the interruption rate was 57%.②Weight gain rate：in the experimental group,the weight gain rate was 80.7%;in the control group,the weight gain rate was 15.6%.③Gastrointestinal reaction（vomiting）：in treatment group,the total effective rate was 98.1%.in the control group,the total effective rate was 67.9%.④In the experimental group,the bone marrow suppression was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was no grade Ⅲ,Ⅳof bone marrow suppression,while the incidence of gradeⅢ ～ Ⅳ bone marrow suppression was 21.9% to 23.8% in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine JiangNiLing is of attenuation on chemotherapy,which can facilitate the chemotherapy,improve the quality of life;In particular,it can significantly reduce gastrointestinal reaction,and improve the patient＇s bone marrow hematopoietic function,so it is worthy to be popularized.
