喉癌患者围手术期的心理护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨喉癌患者围手术期的心理护理。方法对18例喉癌患者进行围手术期的心理护理及健康教育并实施相应的护理。结果上述患者均情绪稳定,心态良好,积极配合治疗,全部康复出院。结论喉癌患者给予围手术期的心理护理及健康教育并实施相应的护理,能够使患者树立战胜疾病的信心,积极配合治疗,从而使患者早日康复。Objective To discuss the psychological nursing for the patients with laryngeal carcinoma in perioperative period.Methods Eighteen patients with laryngeal carcinoma in perioperative period were given the psychological nursing and health education.Results All of the patients had stable emotions and good attitudes,and they could actively cooperate with the treatment,all were well recovered.Conclusions Giving psychological nursing and health education to the patients with laryngeal carcinoma in perioperative period can help them to build the confidence to fight the disease and cooperate with treatment actively so as to recover earlier.
