深部热疗联合腹腔灌注化疗治疗复发性卵巢癌腹水的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔置管引流并腔内注药联合深部热疗治疗复发性卵巢癌大量腹水的临床疗效观察与护理。方法采用中心静脉导管作腹腔引流,腔内注入顺铂联合腹部热疗,每周3次,6次为1个疗程,治疗前后给予相应的护理。结果所有病例都能耐受治疗,均能完成3个疗程,10例患者中有1例出现堵管,热疗中没有患者出现皮肤烫伤。结论随着内生场热疗治疗肿瘤作用的确定,热疗配合腹腔化疗已成为治疗恶性腹水的重要手段,做好引流管道与围热疗期的护理,是引流管道安全使用及降低热疗不良反应、提高患者治疗依从性与生存质量的保证。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing of intraperitoneal catheter drainage and intra mediation combined with deep hyperthermia treatment for recurrent ovarian cancer ascites.Methods We carried out abdominal cavity drinage by central venous catheter and injected cisplatin（DDP） and heat therapy,3 times a week,2 weeks as a course,nursing care for patients were given before and after treatment.Results All the patients could finish the therapy of 3 courses,one case out of 10 patients had clog pipe,no patients had skin burns in heat therapy.Conclusions With the certainty of the function of hyperthermia treatment for tumor,hyperthermia treatment combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy has become an important means of treatment for malignant ascites,good nursing care for drainage tube and peri-heat therapy period is the assurance of ensuring the drainage safty and reducing adverse reaction of heat therapy,enhancing patients＇ treatment compliance and maintaining the quality of live.
