摘  要:目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)对心、脑、肺超微结构的影响。方法 16只大鼠随机分为HBO组及对照组,将HBO组鼠一次暴露于纯氧舱内,于0.25 MPa(2.5 ATA)压力下停留2 小时,总暴露时间为3 小时,对照组鼠则暴露于常压空气中3 小时。然后分别观察两组动物心、脑、肺超微结构的变化。结果 HBO组动物心肌细胞线粒体肿胀、细胞核固缩、核周膜性空泡;大脑皮质神经元细胞核固缩和核周间隙增宽;肺上皮细胞内质网扩张。对照组动物未见明显变化。结论 HBO可引起大鼠心、脑。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the ultrastructures of heart,cerebrum and lung.Methods 16 rats were randomly divided equally into two groups:HBO group and control group.The rats of HBO group were exposed once to HBO at 0.25 MPa (2.5 ATA) for 2 hours with a whole time of 3 hours.Then the ultrastructures of heart,cerebrum and lung of the animals were examined.Results In the HBO group,the myocardial cells showed mitochondrial swelling,nucleus pyknosis and peri nucleus membranous vacuoles;the cerebral cortex neurons showed nucleus pyknosis and increased perinucleus gap;and the lung epithelial cells showed dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum.But there were no significant changes in the control group.Conclusions HBO could cause notable degenerative changes of ultrastructure of heart,cerebrum and lung in rats.
