六盘水市水资源安全问题及对策研究

摘　　要：从水资源安全的内涵出发,对六盘水市水资源供需情况进行深入分析,认为六盘水市主要存在工程性缺水、水资源利用效率低、水源供给不足、水环境污染严重等问题,提出了解决水资源安全问题的对策和建议。This article analyses the intension of the supply and demand of water resources from the connotation of water resource safety.It is concluded that problems of water safety has been included in project？鄄style water deficiency,low efficiency water resources utilization,insufficient other waterhead and serious water pollution.Based on this analysis,the paper puts forward the strategies and proposals to realize the safety of water resources in Liupanshui City.
