对相关医护人员人工气道管理的现状调查与培训效果评价

摘　　要：目的:了解相关医护人员对人工气道管理和并发症防治的现状,通过培训和指导及时纠正和提高相关医护人员对人工气道管理的方法与重视程度。方法:采用发放问卷调查的方法,对深圳市宝安区8所二级医院开展人工气道较多科室的300名相关医务人员培训前后进行调查。结果:培训前医护人员普遍对人工气道管理和并发症防治的重视不足,还停留在传统的思想和技术方法上,而通过及时的培训和指导后,相关医护人员明显提高和改善了对人工气道管理和并发症预防的重视程度。结论:要加大相关医护人员对人工气道管理的重视度,组织培训,及时更新知识,配备设备,进行循证护理,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。Objective： To investigate the artificial airway management and the prevention of complications for medical staff,correct and enhance the medical staff with to take the degree promptly the artificial airway management correct method through training and the instruction.Methods： Through the issuance of questionnaire survey,carries on the investigation and training to Shenzhen Bao′an District 8 second-level hospital development artificial airway many administrative offices＇ 300 medical staff.Results： Before the training,medical staff enerally artificial airway management and artificial airway complication value insufficiency,but also pauses in the traditional thought and the measuring technique,but after prompt training and instruction,the medical staff enhanced obviously and improved to the artificial airway management and the complication prevention heavy visual degree and the correct method.Conclusion： Must widely enlarge the medical staff to the artificial gas channel management heavy visual degree,the organization trains,renews the knowledge promptly,attention to the management of artificial airway and were equipped with appropriate equipment,follows drafts nursing,prevents and reduces the artificial artificial airway complication and the life-support machine relevant pneumonia＇s occurrence effectively.
