无张力疝修补术后护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨无张力疝修补术后的护理要点。方法:对我科收治的75例腹股沟疝及腹壁切口疝行无张力疝修补术患者术后采取体位护理、疼痛护理、排尿护理、饮食护理、切口护理及出院指导,观察效果。结果:75例患者手术均较成功,无1例发生并发症,术后1年回访,1例长期慢性咳嗽患者复发,复发率为1.33%。结论:无张力疝修补术作为一种新的治疗方法,具有创伤小,患者术后恢复快的特点,若辅以护士精心全面的术后护理,可取得更好的效果,并且可明显降低后期复发率。Objective： To disscuss nursing points no tension hernia repair postoperative.Methods： 75 patients with groin hernia and abdominal incision hernia line without tension hernia repair patients who underwent the operation take body position care,pain nursing,micturition care,diet nursing,incision nursing and discharge guidance,observing effect.Results： 75 patients are performed more successful,without complication,1 year after review,1 case long-term chronic cough patients relapse,the recurrence rate comprised just one-and-a-third percent.Conclusion： No tension hernia suture as a new treatment,small trauma,patients with postoperative recovery fast characteristic,if supplemented by the nurse carefully comprehensive postoperative nursing,can better results,and later can obviously reduce recurrence rate.
