摘　　要：真正意义上的神经内镜经鼻蝶入路手术开始于20世纪90年代,并且伴随着医学设备、器械的进步,这种技术方式发展非常迅猛,正在受到越来越多的关注。和常规显微镜手术比较,神经内镜鞍区及鞍旁区手术有着较独特的优点,但是也存在相对的局限性,随着医生经验的积累和科技的进步,这种局限性正在缩小。该文就其历史发展现状和前景做一综述。The real neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal surgery on sellar and parasellar lesions began from 90＇ in the 20th century,and with the development of medical equipments and instruments,this technique has been developing rapidly.Now,more and more neurosurgeons are focusing on this.Contrasted with traditional microscopic surgery,neuroendoscopy has special advantages and comparative shortages in some aspects,but those limitations are disappearing by accumulation of neurosurgeons＇ experiences and promotion of science and technology.This paper will review on history,development,present situation and prospect of neuroendoscopic transsphonoidal surgery.
