摘　　要：针对"大规模"政府网站群绩效评估数据"3+2"多样本综合处理时的评估者打分有效性问题,研究了利用灰色关联度理论方法,来构造具有较优性能的评估参考序列,并给出了能够比较客观地测定网站评估者评估动态权重系数的计算方法与实例分析。According to the valid of valuator grades which the author consider ＂ 3＋2＂ the multi-sample synthesis processing in view of ＂large-scale＂ the government website group achievements appraisal data, through studying and using the correlation analysis theory of grey-system, an optimum reference sequence is constructed and a method of calculating dynamic evaluators＇ weight coefficient objectively is given based on the sample data from a number of municipal government websites in Anhui.
