摘　　要：为了科学合理的对高校科技查新工作进行管理,文章基于平衡计分卡的核心思想,针对高校科技查新站的实际情况,构建了集财务、用户、内部流程和查新员学习成长四个维度的绩效评估指标体系模型,并应用层次分析法和Matlab软件确定了各项评估指标的权重。In order to process the university sci-tech novelty retrieval by the science reasonable management way, based on balanced score card（BSC）, this paper designs the performance evaluation indicators system model which including financial, users, internal processes, learning and growth of retrievers according to the current condition of the sci-tech novelty retrieval of university, and assigns rational weight to the indications based on analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and Matlab.
