摘　　要：针对图书馆的中外文期刊数据库的使用统计报告,选取CNKI、ElsevierSD、IEL数据库从统计方法、COUNTER标准的使用、使用报告可统计的内容项目进行了较全面的比较分析,并依据哈尔滨工程大学2010年度的相关数据,从基础数据、共性数据和特色数据方面给出数据库采购和数据库利用方面的应用对策建议。For the statistics reports of Chinese and foreign journal database in the library, CNKI, Elsevier SD, IEL database selected, from the statistical methods, COUNTER standards, the use of the content of the project report, are more detailed analyzed, and based on Harbin Engineering University, the year 2010 data, basic data, common data and characteristics data are applied for the countermeasures of database subscriptions and use.
