摘　　要：GIS作为一种空间信息管理系统,已普遍地用于空间数据的存储和管理。在林业建设中,以"3S"为主要技术支撑的数字林业对林业专题图的编制也提出了新的要求,本文以喀什地区地方公益林区划界定为例,提出了ArcGIS地图模板快速制图技术,阐述了快速制图模板建立的过程和方法,并且利用ArcGIS软件实现了成果专题图的快速制图,提高了地图编制的效率,缩短了生产周期。GIS as a spatial information management system, has been widely used in spatial data storage and management. ＂3S＂ as the main technical support for digital forestry preparation of thematic maps of forestry also made new demands, In this paper, the local Forest Division in Kashgar defined, for example, ArcGIS map templates proposed fast graphics to explain the rapid mapping template to establish the process and methods, and results of using ArcGIS software to realize the rapid mapping of thematic maps to improve map prepared Efficiency and shorten the production cycle.
