血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者血小板参数及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者血小板参数及凝血功能的影响。方法将严重脓毒症患者随机分为两组，对照组20例给予常规综合治疗，治疗组20例在对照组基础上加用血必净注射液，分别监测两组治疗前及治疗后3d、7d血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）及APACHElI评分和凝血酶原时间（PT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、活化部分凝血酶原时间（APTT）和凝血酶时间（TT）的动态变化；分析血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者PC、MPV及凝血功能的影响。结果治疗组3d和7d后PLT较用药前明显升高，MPV较用药前明显下降，PT、APTT、TT较前缩短，FIB较前升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；APACHEⅡ评分较治疗前降低（P〈0．05）。结论血必净注射液能提高严重脓毒症患者PLT、降低MPV，改善凝血功能，在一定程度上改善严重脓毒症患者预后。Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on severe septic patients＇ platelet count（PC） , mean platelet volume （ MPV ） and coagulation function. Methods 40 cases of severe septic patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group of 20 cases was given conventional treatment, and the treatment group of 20 cases was treated with Xuebijing injection and conventional treatment. Before the treatment and 3,7 day after the treatment, PC, MPV, PT, FIB, APTT, TT and APACHE I1 score in two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results At 3, 7 day after the treatment, PC of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before the treatment, MPV of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment. PT, APTT, TT were significantly lower and FIB was significantly higher than those before the treatment. Compared with the control group, there were statistical differences in PC, MPV, FIB, APTT and TT of the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. APACHE II score was lower. Conclusion Xuebijing injection in severe septic patients was able to improve the PC, lower the MPV,better the coagulation function and the prognosis of severe sepsis.
