摘　　要：目的了解心电图（ECG）对低钾血症的快速评价作用，应用于临床急诊治疗低钾血症。方法选取有低血钾ECG特征表现的患者130例，对照同步12导联ECG并同时查阅当时的血清K^＋，观察不同血清K^＋患者的ECG特征并进行分析。结果130例有低血钾ECG表现患者中115例血清K^＋降低，ECG对低钾血症的诊断敏感度为88．5％。结论ECG可作为快速筛查低钾血症的简捷方法之一，ECG的特征表现对低钾血症有较高的预测价值，对临床急诊治疗低钾血症有快速、及时的指导意义。Objective To understand the rapid assessment of electrocardiography （ECG） for hypokalemia and the application of ECG for hypokalemia therapy in clinical emergency. Methods 130 patients with low serum potassium under ECG were selected, their synchronous 12 leads ECG were analyzed and the concentration of serum potassium was observed at the same time, and the characteristics of ECG at the different concentration of serum potassium were analyzed. ResuRs There are 115 cases of hypokalemia in 130 patients with low serum potassium under ECG. The diagnostic sensitivity of ECG for hypokalemia was 88. 5%. Conclusion ECG could be one of the effective methods in screening hypokalemia rapidly, and has great predictive value for hypokalemia. Also, ECG may instruct the hypokalemia therapy in clinical emergency timely.
