兼用于玻璃瓶与聚氯乙烯袋装输液灭菌的改装压力蒸汽灭菌器

摘　　要：在下排气柜式压力蒸汽灭菌器上，装以自动控制、喷淋冷却等装置，改装成对玻璃瓶装与聚氯乙烯袋装输液均可用的灭菌器。经３０ 次检测，两容器内输液均达到灭菌与除热原，ｐＨ 值变化≤１ ．３５ ，容器破损率≤２ ％ 。Thedownward displacementautoclave wasreformed byaddingthe devicessuch asauto maticcontrolandshowering cooling devicetoform asterilizer which can beusedforsterilization of theinfusion fluid packed eitherin glass bottles orin polyvinylchloride bags.Examination for 30 times demonstrated thattheinfusionfluidin both containers wassterilized andfreefrom pyrogen. The pHvalue changed by ≤1 .35 and the rate of break ofthe containers was ≤2% .
