摘　　要：在全面论述区域知识产权保护复杂性的基础上,引入复杂科学管理理论,为区域知识产权保护体系奠定理论基础。通过运用系统思维的方式,构建区域知识产权保护模式。在复杂科学管理基本理论的支撑下,结合长株潭(长沙、株州、湘潭)城市群知识产权保护的现状,提出长株潭城市群知识产权保护体系的具体措施。As an innovation, the complex science management theory is introduced in this paper based on the discussion of the complexity of regional intellectual property rights protection, and the theoretical basis of regional intellectual property rights protection is settled at the same time. The model of systematic thinking is utilized in the new ideas which are proposed in the paper to build the mode of regional intellectual property rights protection. With the supporting of the complex science management theory, some measures of intellectual property rights protection are proposed on the present situation of intellectual property rights protection in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster.
