摘　　要：地质资料信息服务产业化是以地质资料数字化、集群化为基础的信息经营行为。当地质资料反映的地理信息成为产品时,信息提供者承担相应的产品责任便是权利义务责任相一致的必然要求。结合我国地理信息服务产业化的运行情况,地理信息产品的责任主体是以馆藏机构为主的信息提供者,可适用过错推定原则,责任构成要件包括有偿提供信息产品、信息产品质量不合格、存在损害事实、损害事实和不合格信息存在直接因果关系。Geological data information services industry is a business practices based on geological data＇s digital and cluster. When geographic information reflected by geological data has been a product, information providers should necessarily bear the responsibility because of the corresponding of the rights and obligations. According to the operation of our geographic information service industry, the responsibility of geographic information products is information providers, the main of which is collection agencies. We carl apply the principle of presumption of fault. The elements of information products liability includes the information products provided by compen- sation, the products unqualified, there is damage, and the damage caused by the unqualified products.
