摘 要:介绍了一种基于Hantzsch反应测定微量甲醛的新试剂,对甲基-N-乙酰乙酰苯胺(AAPT)。采用AAPT的Hantzsch反应可在室温下进行。产物可用荧光法进行检测,产物的最大激发与发射波长分别为385和450nm。对反应温度、乙醇用量和pH进行优化后,建立了测定微量甲醛的AAPT荧光法。甲醛浓度在3.0×10^-7~1.5×10^-5mol/L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限为3.2×10^-3mol/L。AAPT荧光法测定室内空气中甲醛的结果与乙酰丙酮分光光度法相符,加标回收率为93.1%~107%,室内空气中的其他共存物质不干扰测定。A novel reagent, acetoacet-p-toluidide (AAPT) , was introduced to the determination of trace formaldehyde based on Hantzsch reaction. The reaction can carried out at room temperature,and the product can be detected by fluorometry. The maximum absorption wavelength is 364 nm. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are 385 nm and 450 nm, respectively. The reaction temperature, concentrations of ethanol, and pH were optimized. A new fluorometry method for the determination of trace formaldehyde was developed using aeetoacet-p-toluidide as the Hantzsch reagent. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 3.0 × 10^- 7 to 1.5 ×10^- 5 mol/L. The detection limit was 3.2 × 10^-8 mol/L. The new method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air. The results were corresponding to the acetylace- tone/spetrophotometric method. The recoveries were 93. 1 to 107%. The coexisting substances in indoor air did not interfere with the determination.
