摘  要:简要介绍了硼酸镁晶须的发展及应用,并在室内试验的基础上成功地实现了扩试。应用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)对最佳工艺条件下制备的晶须进行了表征,并对其增强尼龙-6复合材料的机械性能进行了研究。XRD和XPS分析结果表明:制备的产品为单一相硼酸镁,无杂质存在;SEM显微图像分析表明制备的晶须形貌规整,长径比大于10;增强尼龙-6试验结果表明:在本试验研究范围内,KH550是最佳偶联剂,经过KH550修饰的硼酸镁晶须增强尼龙-6复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度随着硼酸镁晶须添加量的增加而增大。上述研究为硼酸镁晶须的产业化和应用奠定了基础。Development and application and scale up experiment was performed of magnesium borate (Mg2 B2O5 ) whisker was briefly successfully based on indoor result. The as -prepared discussed sample in optimal conditions was characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X -Ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS). XRD and XPS showed that the as- prepared sample was pure magnesium borate and no other impurity. SEM confirmed that the whisker uniformly distributed without aggregation and length to diameter beyond 10. Reiforced experiment demonstrated that KH550 was the optimal coupling agent and tensile strength, bending strength of magnesium borate whisker modified by KH550 reinforcement nylon borate whisker quality content. All of the results magnesium borate whisker. -6 composite increased with the increased magnesium laid a foundation for industrialization and application of magnesium borate whisker.
