摘　　要：第七届(2011)企业跨国经营国际研讨会以"转型经济与后金融危机时代企业管理"为主题,探讨企业在经济转型阶段,特别是在后金融危机时期,如何应对新的机遇与挑战,成功经营管理企业,实现企业经营管理的转型。本文主要从企业成长战略的创新导向、跨文化背景下的领导力开发、人力资源管理的适应性转变、服务业面临的机遇与挑战四个方面对会议论文及小组讨论的观点进行评述。The 7th （2021 ） International Symposium on Multinational Business Management focused on ＂Enterprise Management in Transitional Economy and Post Financial Crisis＂ as the theme, discusses how to respond to new opportunities and challenges, manage the enterprises successfully, and achieve business management transformation in transitional economy, especially in the period of post financial crisis. This paper mainly reviews the opinions of the conference papers and parallel sessions through four aspects： innovation-driven strategy of business growth, leadership development in the cross-cultural context, adaptive changes of human resource management, and opportunities and challenges of service industry.
