摘  要:目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸对慢性肺源性心脏病患者血浆血管内皮素、一氧化氮含量及反映过氧化反应的指标一超氧化物岐化酶活性的影响。方法慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者80例,随机分为对照组及N-乙酰半胱氨酸组,测定两组治疗前、后血浆内皮素-1和一氧化氮含量及超氧化物岐化酶活性的变化。结果治疗后两组内皮素-1含量均低于治疗前,而一氧化氮含量及超氧化物岐化酶均高于治疗前;且所有这些变化均以N-乙酰半胱氨酸组的变化程度更明显(P〈0.01)。结论N-乙酰半胱氨酸有助于抑制慢性肺源性心脏病患者急性加重期过氧化反应,维持体内舒血管因子及缩血管因子平衡,可能对肺动脉高压的形成有一定的预防治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of N -acetylcysteine (NAC) on serum levels of endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ), nitric oxide (NO) and superoxidedismutase (SOD) in patients with chronic pul- monary heart disease (CPHD). Methods Eighty patients with CPHD were randomly divided into control group and NAC group. Serum ET - 1, NO and SOD levels were tested before and after treatment in con- trol group and NAC group. Results After treatment, serum ET - 1 levels decreased and NO, SOD levels increased significantly in both groups, But all these changes were more obvious in NAC group than that in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions NAC is useful for keeping the balance of vasorelaxation factors and vasoconstriction factors through inhibiting peroxidation, which might have some preventive and therapeutic effects on pulmonary hypertension.
