摘  要:从常规物性、链结构、相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布、结晶性能及流变性能对5种无规共聚聚丙烯流延膜(CPP)专用树脂进行对比分析。结果表明:无规共聚CPP专用树脂熔体流动速率一般在7g/10min左右,二元无规共聚聚丙烯的乙烯物质的量分数在4.5%~5.o%,且分子链序列结构数据较接近;FL7540为三元无规共聚物,具有最低的熔点及最高的弯曲模量;W0723F的结晶度最低,FL7540的晶体尺寸最小;W0723F晶型最不完善,RF402,FL7540结晶速度较快。流变性能分析表明这几种料的加工性能较为接近。Conventional characteristics, chain structure, molecular weight and its distribution, crystallization and theology of five kinds of random propylene copolymer resin for cast film were analyzed. The results show that the MFR of these resins is about 7 g/10 min, the ethylene mole fraction of binary random propylene copolymer is 4.5~ 5.0~, and the sequence of molecular chain structure is very close. In five kinds of res- ins,FL7540 is a kind of random terpolymer which has the lowest melting point and the highest flexural modulus~ W0723F has the lowest crystallinity ,and the crystal of the FL?540 is the smallest~ W0723F has the most imperfect crystal formation. Crystalline velocities of the RF402 and the FL7540 are faster than those of others. The theological properties show that the processing properties of the random copolymers are almost same.
