摘  要:利用SRAP标记对6个小果油茶群体的180份材料进行遗传多样性研究。从87对SRAP引物中筛选出9对多态性理想的引物组合,共扩增出184条带,其中多态性条带184条,多态性位点比率高达100%。平均有效等位基因数为1.776 3,180份小果油茶总Nei基因多样性指数为0.432 8,平均Shannon信息指数为0.623 3,表明小果油茶群体具有较丰富的遗传多样性,遗传变异主要分布在群体内,群体间变异相对较小。同时提出了对该物种遗传多样性的保护策略。The genetic diversity of 180 samples from six populations of Camellia meiocarpa Hu.was analyzed by SRAP markers.Nine ideal primer combinations with polymorphism were selected from 87 SRAP primers,and they were applied to the amplification which produced 184 bands,in which 184 bands were polymorphic and polymorphic loci ratio reached 100%.The average effective number of alleles was 1.776 3,the diversity index of total Nei gene in 180 samples of Camellia meiocarpa Hu.was 0.432 8,and the average Shannon's information index was 0.623 3,so they indicated that population of Camellia meiocarpa Hu.had abundant genetic diversity,the genetic diversity mainly distributed within population,and the variation between populations was relatively small.Meanwhile,the conservation strategies for genetic diversity of amellia meiocarpa Hu.were put forward.
