摘  要:对微生物量的变化与超级杂交稻产量的关系进行了研究,结果表明:根际微生物数量在不同施肥处理间差异显著,且受到密度的影响;水稻根际微生物数量在整个生育期内的变化在不同施氮量处理间有差异;各种微生物的活性在经过一季作物后的改变表现不一致,而总微生物活性的下降幅度与施氮量和密度有关,微生物活性随N、P、K施用量增加而降低;水稻分蘖期解磷细菌量因施菌肥而明显增加,解钾细菌数量随生育时期的推进而增多,但不受钾肥影响。The relationship between number change of rhizosphere microorganisms and yield of super hybrid rice was studied.The results showed that the number of rhizosphere microorganisms was significant different in different nitrogen treatments,and it was affected by density at the same time;the number change of rhizosphere microorganisms during whole growth duration was different in different nitrogen treatments;the activity change of different rhizosphere microorganisms showed disaccord expression after a cropping season,and the decreasing extent of total microorganism activity related to nitrogen rate and density;the activity of microorganism decreased with the increasing application rate of N,P and K;the number of PAM bacteria at tillering stage evidently increased with application of bacterium fertilizer,and the number of K-bacterium increased along with the growth stages but it was not affected by K fertilizer.
