摘 要:通过室内实验,研究了淡水沉水植物亚洲苦草(Vallisneria natans)在盐度为0、3.5和7的水体中的生长情况,同时对0和3.5盐度下苦草种子的发芽率、叶长、根长、根数生长指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:亚洲苦草能够在盐度为3.5的咸水中正常生长,在盐度为7的水体中,种子不能发芽;盐度为0和3.5时,盐度对种子的最终发芽率影响差异不显著(p>0.05);对叶长、根长、根数影响差异显著(p<0.05);0与3.5盐度水体中叶长比为1.97,根长比1.8,根数目比1.6,盐度对苦草生长的影响显著(p<0.05)。Through laboratory experiment,the growth situation of Vallisneria natans,a fresh water submerged plant,in water with salinity of 0,3.5 and 7 was researched.Meanwhile,the growth indexes of Vallisneria natans seeds(germination rate,blade length,root length and root number) under salinity of 0 and 3.5 were determined and analyzed.The results showed that Vallisneria natans seeds can grow normally in water with salinity of 3.5,but can not germinate in water with salinity of 7.When salinity of water was 0 or 3.5,there were no significant differences in influence of salinity on seed final germination rate(p〈0.05),but there were significant differences in influences of salinity on blade length,root length and root number(p〈0.05).Between fresh water and water with salinity of 3.5,the blade length ratio was 1.97,the root length ratio was 1.8,and the root number ratio was 1.6,which indicated that the salinity has significant influence on the growth of Vallisneria natans(P0.05).
