摘  要:以通用土壤流失方程(USLE)为模型,估算了山西省中阳县退耕前(1999年)和退耕后(2005年)的土壤侵蚀量,并进行比较分析。结果表明:退耕还林工程实施使中阳县的土壤侵蚀明显减少,侵蚀量降低6.84%。由于降雨侵蚀力大幅增加,导致土壤侵蚀增加了34.75%,退耕还林的作用使土壤侵蚀减少了6.84%。可见退耕还林(草)政策的实施对减少中阳县土壤侵蚀有显著作用,利于该县的生态环境发展,但同时也不能忽略降雨等自然因素的影响。The USLE was used as model to calculate and compared the amount of soil erosion in Zhongyang County before returning farmland to forest(1999) and after returning farmland to forest(2005).The results showed that the project of returning farmland to forest obviously reduced amount of soil erosion in Zhongyang County by 6.84% from 1999 to 2005,but the soil erosion increased by 34.75% because of the increasing rainfall.Otherwise,returning farmland to forest reduced the amount of soil erosion by 6.84%.Therefore,the implementation of returning farmland to forest policy had significant effect on reducing soil erosion and was beneficial to the development of ecological environment in Zhongyang County.But the influences of rainfall and other natural factors can not be ignored.
