中国平原林业工程的生态服务功能价值研究  

Value Assessment of Ecological Service Function of Plain Forestry in China

摘　　要：使用市场价值法、影子工程法、机会成本法和替代法等,并结合2007年《全国平原林业功效调查》项目的普查数据,对我国平原林业工程生态系统服务功能价值进行经济评估。评估结果表明:总的生态服务价值为3 097.49亿元/a,其中活立木生产量的价值306.77亿元/a,保育土壤的价值为903.15亿元/a,固定二氧化碳和放出氧气的价值为496.39亿元/a,净化空气的价值是948.41亿元/a,防风固沙的价值是393.78亿元/a,旅游价值是48.98亿元/a;单位面积的平原林业生态服务功能所提供的年平均价值为12 346.26元/(hm2.a)。Using market value method,shadow engineering method,opportunity cost method,substitute expense method and data of National Plain Forestry Efficacy Investigation in 2007 to conduct economic evaluation for the ecosystem service functions of the plain forestry engineering in china.The evaluation results revealed that the total value of ecological service reached 3 097.49×10^8 yuan/a,of which about 306.77×10^8 yuan/a was the value of production quantity of living trees,about 903.15×10^8 yuan/a was the value of erosion control,about 496.39×10^8 yuan/a was the value of carbon fixation and oxygen production,about 948.41×10^8 yuan/a was the value of air purification,about 393.78×10^8 yuan/a was the value of windbreak and sand fixation,and about 48.98×10^8 yuan/a was the value of tourism.The ecological service functions of the plain forestry per unit area provided 12 346.26 yuan/（hm^2·a） of the average annual value.
