摘  要:通过超声处理,将改性后的多壁碳纳米管与聚乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物制成共混纺丝液。将该纺丝液进行静电纺丝即可制备多壁碳纳米管/聚乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物复合超细纤维,并用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、差热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、多功能拉伸仪和透射电镜(TEM)对超细纤维的表面形貌、热性能、力学性能和多壁碳纳米管的分散及取向进行测试。结果表明:多壁碳纳米管的加入能够使纤维直径减小,热稳定性提高;当多壁碳纳米管质量分数为0.5%时,其在纤维内部分散、取向及增强效果均达到最佳。The blend solutions consisted of modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) and poly (lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) were prepared by ultrasonic processing. MWNTs/PLGA composite uhrafine fibers were prepared by electrospinning the blend solutions. The surface morphology, thermal properties, mechanical properties of the fibers and the dispersion and orientation of MWNTs were examined by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), multi-purpose tensile tester and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the fiber diameter decreases and the thermal stability improves significantly with the addition of MWNTs, and when MWNTs mass fraction is 0.5% , the dispersion, orientation and reinforcing effect of MWNTs in fibers are optimum.
