摘  要:针对空气变形纱线抗弯刚度过高的现象,以及由此产生的其在日用纺织品和服装领域的应用和发展限制问题,利用悬臂梁法测量经典纱线、空气变形纱及异收缩丝空气变形纱的抗弯刚度值。结果显示,空气变形纱比同规格棉、毛纤维环锭纱的抗弯刚度高出2倍以上。空气变形纱加工成形过程中通过纤维空间排列秩序性变化形成的缠结结构是其抗弯性能的结构根据,利用优化空气变形加工工艺参数可以在不过多延长工艺流程的条件下,实现较小幅度抗弯性能的改善。利用多重变形加工,可通过调整纱线缠结度来较大幅度降低空气变形纱的抗弯刚度。实验表明,异收缩率在10%以上时,异收缩变形可降低空气变形纱抗弯刚度。The exceptionally high bending rigidity of air-textured yarn has hindered its use and development in such fields as household textiles and garments.The cantilever method was used to measure the bending rigidity of the classic yarn,air-textured yarn,and differential shrinking air-textured yarn.The experiment results indicated that the bending rigidity of the air-textured yarn was more than 2 times of that of the control ring spun wool yarn and cotton yarn.The high bending rigidity of the air-textured yarn is attributed to the entanglement structure which is formed from disordering the fiber alignment during processing the yarn.Therefore,through optimizing the process parameters of air-textured yarn,the bending resistance of the yarn can be improved with a small margin without excessive extension of the process,while the multi-texturing can greatly lower the bending rigidity of the yarn by adjusting the entanglement degree.The experiment has proved that when the differential shrinkage is above 10%,the bending rigidity of the air-textured yarn can be reduced remarkablely.
