摘 要:为研究PTT/PLA/粘胶混纺织物的服用性能,先对试制的10种不同含量的PTT/PLA/粘胶混纺纱线进行强力和毛羽的测试与分析;接着对相应织物的耐摩擦色牢度、抗起毛起球性、折皱回复性和透湿性等进行测试;并通过多项式拟合的方法分析各原料性质及不同含量对织物性能的影响,找出原料间的最佳混纺比,使织物的性能达到最佳。结果表明:PTT和PLA纤维含量的提高降低了织物的抗起毛起球性,增强了织物的抗皱性,粘胶纤维含量的增加提高了织物的透湿性。综合实验结果认为,用PTT、PLA和粘胶3种纤维进行混纺时,PLA纤维含量为30%左右,PTT纤维含量为30%~40%,粘胶纤维含量为30%~40%时,织物具有较佳的服用性能。An investigation of the wearability of PTT/PLA/Rayon blended fabric tested the strength and hairiness of the ten kinds of PTT/PLA/Rayon blended yarns with different fiber contents,followed by testing the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing,pill resistance,crease recovery,moisture permeability of corresponding ten bended fabrics,and then the effects of material and fiber content on the property of the fabrics were analyzed by polynomial fitting method in order to find out the optimum blending ratio and to get a fabric with the best quality.The results showed that increasing the contents of PTT and PLA decreased the pilling resistance of the fabric,but increased the crease resistance.The moisture permeability of the fabric increased as the content of rayon fiber increased.The experimental results indicated that when blending with PTT/PLA/Rayon fibers,the fabric with the best wearability can be obtained if the fiber contents of PLA,PTT and rayon are 30%,30%-40%,30%-40% respectively.
